Hova Enterprise Master Services Agreement & Terms
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern all usage of the Hova Multi-Tenant Enterprise Software Platform, APIs, and associated cloud services. By authenticating into or provisioning a tenant workspace, customer organizations agree to these legally binding terms.
Subject to the terms of your Order Form and subscription agreement, Hova grants customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global right to access and utilize the Hova SaaS solution for internal business operations within the designated tenant instance.
1.1 Tenant Provisioning
Each customer is assigned a unique tenant boundary identifier. Customer retains sole administrative responsibility for managing user roles, access permissions, and single sign-on (SSO) credentials associated with their domain.
1.2 User Seats & Licensing Limits
Usage is provisioned according to licensed active seat quotas. Access by shared credentials or identity spoofing is strictly prohibited under multi-tenant enterprise audit standards.
Hova guarantees a 99.95% Monthly Uptime Commitment for production multi-tenant API and Web portal environments, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
2.1 Maintenance Windows
Routine platform updates are announced at least 72 hours in advance and executed during non-peak business hours (Sundays 02:00 UTC - 04:00 UTC).
2.2 Downtime Service Credits
If monthly availability drops below 99.95%, eligible customer accounts receive SLA service credit adjustments applied to subsequent billing cycles.
Hova enforces strict architectural data separation controls across storage, memory, and transit channels.
3.1 Encryption Standards
All customer data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using FIPS 140-2 validated AES-256 cryptographic primitives with key rotation.
3.2 SOC2 & ISO Certification
Hova undergoes annual independent third-party SOC 2 Type II audits and ISO 27001 certifications. Audit reports are accessible to active Tenant Admins under non-disclosure agreements.
Users and tenant organizations shall not engage in actions that compromise platform integrity or security:
4.1 Security Testing Limits
Penetration testing or automated vulnerability scanning against shared multi-tenant infrastructure without prior authorization from Hova Security operations is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Account Protection
Tenant Admins must enforce strong authentication policies, including Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or SSO integration for all authorized user accounts.
Either party may terminate a subscription agreement for material breach upon 30 days written notice.
5.1 Post-Termination Data Export
Upon agreement expiration or termination, customer has a 30-day grace period to export tenant data archives before permanent system purge.
